From the planning stage to the final product,
Rukka spares no expense to obtain the best possible results. Every single
kind of material is tested several times by both the supplier and Rukka
before it is used in the production. The manufacturing process is also
subject to constant evaluation, and professional testers and active devotees
evaluate the prototypes’ functionality in the field tests.
Elastoplast - Rukka solo material
Rukka's exclusive rights material, Elastoplast, is comfortable to wear
even when on the move. Children's Rukka suits made from Elastoplast are
easy to care for also in the muddiest of conditions. The material endures
machine wash in 40°C and it dries quickly. Thanks to the softness and the
elasticity of Elastoplast, the suit is easy to put on a small child, even
on the top of the padded outerwear. Welded seams guarantee the waterproofness.
The Elastoplast material fulfills the Öko-Tex standard. It’s a safe material
that doesn’t contain any harmful ingredients and it’s therefore suitable
also for those suffering from allergies.
