Rukka motorcycling garments are designed
and manufactured according to the Rukka Defence&Comfort performance
standards to meet even the strictest criteria set for weather-proofing
and riding comfort.
All Rukka motorcycling garments carry
the patented Rukka Air protectors. The only patented breathable shoulder,
elbow, knee, shin and hip protectors in the market meet the CE norm prEN
1621-1 2010 and function equally in all weather conditions. The elastic
mesh-structured protector divides the possible impact into a wide area
and acts as a shock absorber.
With the reflective materials, Rukka
introduces another feature for enhanced safety. Under normal daylight conditions,
this Rukka material appears “normal”, but if directly lit by vehicle
headlights in the dark, it reflects the light glaring white.
Each outfit functions best in a defined
comfort area. Either hot or cold, rainy or sunny - various technologies
are benefitted for various riding conditions. Appropriate underwear, accessories
and technology solutions enhance the individual experience.

Gore-Tex Pro Shell for 100% water- and
windproofness, durability and breathability.
Water- and windproofness and breathability
are guaranteed by 3-layer Gore-Tex ProShell with Armacor product technology.
This advanced material mix achieves excellent tear and abrasion resistance
and thereby exceedingly good protection.
Gore Lockout Closure; a simple, toothless,
easy to use and durably waterproof front closure system.
The latest novelty is a 3-layer Gore-Tex
leather laminate with 1,2 mm bovine leather outer material. The only
durably waterproof, breathable leather material for Motorsports apparel.
The ArmaProtection technology also benefits
the temperature-regulating Outlast material, thus contributing to a comfortable
thermal balance. Outlast absorbs and releases warmth according to the wearer’s
individual needs acting as a temperature-balancing buffer.
AirCushion System on the inside of the
seat area reduces condensation and acts as a climate buffer. Keprotec Antiglide
stops annoying sliding over the seat.

AFT material, that has been developed by Rukka in collaboration with DuPont
to meet the safety standards for motorcycling. High-performance polyamide
fibres form the basis of a lightweight, extremely tear- and abrasion-resistant
design. The Cordura AFT uses a knitted mesh structure that is experienced
especially comfortable when riding in hot climate.

How does it work
